DDNP - Limited Edition Fall Trio

Today I have Drip Drop Nail Paint's Limited Edition Fall Trio to share with you all! I also have a mani that I did for Bestie Twin Nails with Jessica @b_jessica_3 (creator of Drip Drop Nail Paint.) Below is a collage of our Bestie Twin Nails.

On top/On Bottom: Mine/Jessica's

Jessica came up with this simple, yet stunning design! I am obsessed with how they came out. We both used two of the three polishes from her Limited Edition Fall Trio. I will post the details along with my solo shot at the end of this post. If you aren't following Jessica on Instagram, do it now! Not only does she make amazing nail polish, she is absolutely wonderful at doing nail art. Click here to check out her personal account.

Bottle shot of the trio

First up, is "Autumn Beauty"

Macro shot of "Autumn Beauty"

"Autumn Beauty" is a deep red jelly polish. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. This polish is absolutely to die for. Jessica is the queen at making red polish! It's so sexy and sultry, just look at it! The formula is amazing and applying it was smooth and easy. Clean up was wonderful as well. No staining here - my favorite!

Next up, is "Abstract Nature"

Macro shot of "Abstract Nature"

"Abstract Nature" is a white crelly polish filled with a variety of shapes and sizes of Fall colored glitters. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. I am a sucker for white crelly glitter polishes. I don't know what it is, but I just LOVE them! And obviously this polish is no exception. The formula was perfect and applying it was nice and easy despite being jam packed with glitter. You know a crelly glitter polish is really good when it applies just as easily as any jelly, creme, etc.

Last, but definitely not least, is "Fall Foliage"

Macro shot of "Fall Foliage"

"Fall Foliage" is a super fun glitterbomb that features all the colors of Autumn in various shapes and sizes of glitter. Shown above is one coat over two coats of "Autumn Beauty" with a top coat. On my pointer and pinky fingers I did a regular coat and on my middle and ring fingers I did a glitter gradient. Glitter gradients are a must when it comes to glitterbombs. I love this polish. It is absolutely gorgeous. Applies smoothly and the formula is perfection.

Now it's time to show you the base for the Bestie Twin Nail mani that Jessica and I did together. The polishes we used were "Abstract Nature" and "Autumn Beauty." I know it's pretty unnecessary for me to post these shots - but I really just like the way they look. So that's why I post them!

Here's my solo shot! Obviously I only used the base colors to create this mani and nothing more so if you didn't read above then it's your loss! I used a dotting tool to create the flowers and the polka dots. If you would like to purchase these polishes, you still have a chance! Jessica has a few left in her store for sale. Since they are limited edition, once they are gone, they're gone for good! To purchase these polishes, go to Jessica's online store by clicking here.

#TheHeartRemembersMani - Alzheimer's Awareness

This afternoon I have my #TheHeartRemembersMani for Alzheimer's Awareness and a swatch of one of my new Candied Apple polishes that I used in the mani to share with you.

First up, is my swatch of "Starch and Lilacs" by Candied Apple Polish

Macro shot of "Starch and Lilacs"

"Starch and Lilacs" is a neon pastel purple polish jam packed with various sizes of black, white, and purple hex glitters. And when I say jam packed, I MEAN JAM PACKED! No fishing for glitter here ladies. The formula for this polish is perfection and applying it was amazing, despite the insane amount of glitter in it. You'd think that it'd be a bit difficult but it was not. Smooth as butter, my favorite! If you would like to purchase this polish or check out more polishes by Alison, creator of Candied Apple Polish, click here.

Now it's time to show you my base! The polishes I used are "Starch and Lilacs" by Candied Apple Polish, "Berried Treasure" by Drip Drop Nail Paint, and "Drunk on Holo" by Painted Polish. If you would like to see a swatch/review of "Berried Treasure" check out my blog post - "Drippin' and Droppin'" by clicking here. If you would like to see a swatch/review of "Drunk on Holo" check out my blog post - "Drunk and in love" by clicking here

And finally, it's mani time!

Direct sunlight shot

Ahhhh! I am so in love with this mani, its ridiculous. Not just because its purple either, but because its promoting Alzheimer's Awareness! The polishes I used for this mani (because I know there are some naughty skippers out there) are "Starch and Lilacs" by Candied Apple Polish, "Berried Treasure" by Drip Drop Nail Paint, and "Drunk on Holo" by Painted Polish. I used thin stripe nail stencils and triangle stripe nail stencils by Nails Redesigned to create the looks on my pointer, middle, and pinky fingers. If you would like to purchase these nail stencils or check out more nail stencil designs by Sara, creator of Nails Redesigned, you can do so by clicking here

Drunk and in love

with holo! Today I have two polishes to share with you. One is by Ooh La Lacquer and the other is by Painted Polish. I am obsessed with these two gorgeous holographic polishes and I know you will be too!

First up, is "Drunk in Love" by Ooh La Lacquer

Macro shot of "Drunk in Love"

"Drunk in Love" is a gorgeous light lilac linear holographic polish. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. I am absolutely positively in love with this polish! The formula is flawless and application was super smooth. I think this may be my favorite Ooh La Lacquer polish that I have so far! It is perfection.

Next up, is "Drunk on Holo" by Painted Polish

Macro shot of "Drunk on Holo"

"Drunk on Holo" is a stunning silver holographic micro glitter polish. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. Jesus, I cannot get over this damn polish! It is so amazing. The formula is wonderful and application was great! You have to use thicker coats in order to get maximum coverage, but that doesn't bother me whatsoever since I am a "thick coat" kind of girl.

This was supposed to be the base for a mani that I was going to do but I ended up loving it so much I didn't add anything to it! These two colors were meant for each other. I most definitely will be pairing them together again very soon. If you would like to purchase either of these polishes or check out more products by both Ooh La Lacquer and Painted Polish, you can do so by clicking here(Ooh La Lacquer) and here(Painted Polish.)

Next up, is "VIP Mirror"

Macro shot of "VIP Mirror"

"VIP Mirror" is a shimmery silver polish. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. This is my second favorite out of the four polishes I'm sharing with you today. It was hard to choose between the two of them but I am sure you guys can guess why I chose the other polish as my all time favorite.

Now it's time for, "Gliz'N Glam Mirror"

Macro shot of "Gliz'N Glam Mirror"

"Gliz'N Glam Mirror" is a shimmery dusty rose polish. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. Another stunner! I am obsessed!

Last but certainly not least, my favorite, "Mirror Walk of Fame"

Macro shot of "Mirror Walk of Fame"

"Mirror Walk of Fame" is a shimmery light purple polish. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. Can you see why this one is my favorite? Well duh! Because its purple! This polish is seriously perfection in a bottle. I am IN LOVE!

The "Mirror" Collection by Pretty Woman is absolutely amazing. There isn't one thing that I could find wrong with it whatsoever! All of the polishes are gorgeous, their formulas are spot on, and applying these beauties was like a dream! No streaks, no nothing! Absolute perfection I tell you. Pretty Woman Review: Sand Collection - Part 2

This afternoon I have the last two polishes from the "Sand" Collection by Pretty Woman to share with you.

First up, is "Beach Barbie"

Macro shot of "Beach Barbie"

"Beach Barbie" is a barbie pink textured polish with micro silver glitter throughout. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. I am absolutely in love with this polish! It may not be my favorite of the two that I have for you today, but it definitely came close. That macro shot is TO DIE FOR!

Next up, is "Sun of a Beach"

Macro shot of "Sun of a Beach"

"Sun of a Beach" is a gold textured polish with a touch of silver micro glitter scattered throughout. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. This, my friends, is my FAVORITE! I don't know what is up with me and gold lately - but I have seriously been diggin' this color! I have never been a fan of gold (I'm a white gold kind of girl) but maaaaaan! Gold polish has definitely changed my mind. How can you not love it?!

My review on the "Sand" Collection by Pretty Woman as a whole can be found on my previous blog post - Pretty Woman Review: "Sand" Collection - Part 1. You can check that blog post out by clicking here. If you would like to purchase either of these polishes or check out more products by Pretty Woman, click here. Drippin' and droppin'!

This afternoon I have four polishes by Drip Drop Nail Paint to share with you. These polishes are currently not available but will be released on August 29th. Three of the four polishes are 70's inspired - enjoy!

First up, is "Berried Treasure"

Direct sunlight shot of "Berried Treasure"

Macro shot of "Berried Treasure"

"Berried Treasure" is a dark purple holographic polish. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. I am obsessing over this polish. If you know me, you know I LOVE purple. All shades of purple! But I most definitely have a soft spot for deep, dark purple. The formula for this polish is absolutely perfect and applying it was smooth and easy (like all polishes by Drip Drop Nail Paint.)

Now it's time for the first of the 70's inspired polishes, "Disco Days"

Macro shot of "Disco Days"

"Disco Days" is an all circle glitter bomb in various sizes and colors with a clear base. Shown above is one (dabbed) coat over two coats of "Berried Treasure" with a top coat. I love circle glitter - especially big circle glitter - so this glitter bomb hits the nail on the head for me! I LOVE IT! The formula is amazing on this polish, not sticky whatsoever like some glitter toppers can be, and the application was great even though you can't apply this polish like any regular creme, jelly, crelly, etc. When it comes to glitter bombs, I like being able to dab the coat on because I feel like it gives you better control on where you want the glitter to be placed.

Next up, is "Bell Bottoms"

Macro shot of "Bell Bottoms"

"Bell Bottoms" is a dodger blue creme polish. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. This blue creme polish is absolutely stunning. I LOVE this shade! The formula is wonderful and applying it was as creamy and smooth as it looks!

Last but not least, is "Vintage Jumpsuit"

Macro shot of "Vintage Jumpsuit"

"Vintage Jumpsuit" is a purple jelly polish jam packed with various shapes, sizes, and colors of glitter. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. This polish is OUT-FREAKIN'-STANDING! I mean just look at it! The macro says it all. Again, the formula was perfection and application was smoother than butter (despite the crazy amount of glitter throughout.) I loooooove it!

That's all I have for you today! I'll be doing some manis using these beauties next week. Like I said in the beginning, these polishes have not been released yet. They will be released next week on August 29th. You DO NOT want to miss out on these, trust me! If you would like to check out more polishes by Jessica (creator of Drip Drop Nail Paint) that are currently available and for sale, click here. Fall is right around the corner!

And Nastassia, creator of Ooh La Lacquer, is busy preparing for her upcoming Fall Collection! Today, I have some sneak peaks to share with you. These two polishes will be apart of her new Fall Collection. I also did a comparison mani using the two polishes so that you can see them side by side. Please feel free to enjoy all the holographic goodness you are about to see.

First up, is "Goldie Faun"

Macro shot of "Goldie Faun"

"Goldie Faun" is a true gold linear holographic polish. Shown above is two coats without a top coat. This polish is CRAZY BEAUTIFUL! I mean holy crap, look at it! As always, the formula was amazing and application was easy as pie. I am absolutely, positively in love with this polish! When it releases, you all have to get it. It is a must have! If you'd like to see a video swatch of this polish, click here.

Next up, is "Perfectly Perfect"

Macro shot of "Perfectly Perfect"

"Perfectly Perfect" is an orange-gold linear holographic polish that looks a little on the pink side depending on the lighting. Another slam dunk - an absolute stunner! Again, the application was smooth and easy and the formula was perfection. Nastassia is a holo polish queen! If you'd like to see a video swatch of this polish, click here.

Now it's time for my base. The polishes I used are "Liquid Leather" by China Glaze, "Goldie Faun" and "Perfectly Perfect" by Ooh La Lacquer. If you'd like to read a review on "Liquid Leather", check out my blog post "Polka Dots and Bows" by clicking here.

Finally! It's mani time.

Direct sunlight shot

Macro shot of my middle finger

All I can say is WOW! I am in love with the finished product. The best thing ever is when you think up a mani and when you go to do it, it comes out exactly how you envisioned it would! Again, for all you skippers, the polishes I used to create this mani are "Liquid Leather" by China Glaze, "Goldie Faun" and "Perfectly Perfect" by Ooh La Lacquer. I created the look on my pointer and middle fingers by doing the splatter technique. I will eventually do a tutorial of my own but for now, if you'd like to learn how to do this technique, click here to see an amazing tutorial by Deborah Milano. I got the black rhinestones (Product ID# 358) from Born Pretty. If you would like to purchase these rhinestones or check out more of their products, click here. You can use my code DYJ61 for 10% off your purchase (already on sale items excluded.) Obviously you cannot purchase these polishes right now because they haven't been released yet, but if you'd like to see all of Nastassia's other amazing polishes, you can do so by clicking here.
